"First hotel where there was no trolley available to carry luggage inside and staff offered no help to address my luggage situation "

"Room very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff at front desk helpful. Heating/air conditioning was out of whack but I understand it is being worked on. Neighborhood not great and there was nothing but fast food restaurants nearby."

"This is a sleep in hotel, nothing else. Towels is old with room comforters. But did solve my night delimma. The check-in area has a horrible smells."
