Diane the hotel representative is so kind, special, and accommodating. The housekeepers will also accommodating. The added bonus here is security at night and it’s affordable. "I normally stay at the Edgewood, MD location, but it was all booked, so after searching, I decided to book here. After driving 6 hrs in traffic I arrive to check in only to find out the elevator is broken. Too late to book somewhere else on such short notice so I have No choice but to stay. My room is on the 4th Floor! I now have to hike up 4 flights after unpacking my car. I enter the room and it smell like mildew. There is like a musky hot steamy feeling. Like everything feels damp. "The entire hotel looked a bit run down if one looked at it up close, but the inside of the room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable enough. There was also good water pressure in the shower. However, one of the handles on one of the drawers was broken and never replaced, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced. Similarly, the room appeared clean overall, but the water holding part of the coffee machine was so dirty that I could not drink coffee in the morning. Only one packet of decaf...
