"Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. Room was extremely clean and owners were very accomadating. Breakfast was fantastic, I’d stay again, just not in the summer"

"This is a one off a kind well decorated period inn accessible at very reasonable rates. The rooms are clean, exceptionally comfortable, and well decorated! The beds and bedding are very comfortable. They after a full hot breakfast in a lovely dining setting. Staff are great!"

"First the cons...then the pros :) The hotel was nice and clean and our room was very spacious and I loved that! However, the AC in our room was not working well...it "worked" but we had to have it at 61 F to have the room "cool" it was not cold at all as we should be freezing if it was really 61 F but all the rooms were booked so we couldn't change rooms and its always a pain to change rooms, the sink faucet handle was broken so if you lifted it too hard it came off lol, and the desk chair was...

"Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. Also the guests are respectful and keep quiet during quiet...

"It serves its purpose. One thing that was odd was that we were put in a room in a separate building—nobody else was staying in it. Great! Peace and quiet-we had to wake up at 3AM to catch our flight so that was perfect. Except that one other guest was there when we came back from diner…and they put him in the room right next to ours! I don’t know how many rooms were in the building--16?…20?—so why put us side by side so we can hear each other talking through the walls? He got in an argument...

"We went for graduation. Rooms were clean. Air conditioner was working. Very convenient location. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Owner allowed us to leave our trailer in the parking lot before we checked in, so we could get to graduation on time. Even have us a gift card to Dunkin."

Great location , beautiful decor , breakfast was okay too , although we did not eat there every day as we wanted to explore other breakfast places , but we loved everything about it for sure ! "At 5 am, there was staff talking very loudly in the lobby which woke me up and kept me up since our room was only 2 doors down. There was no continental breakfast set up at all. We have stayed here before and this was a low point. Please get it cleaned up and be more responsible to your customers."
