"No air conditioning. Bed was very, very uncomfortable. Only one flat pillow per person. Only one towel in room for three people. Fold out as second bed was horrible as well. Carpet was dirty. This room should have cost $100 at most. It does not reflect the pics. Would not stay there again. Over $300 ..."

"Though the property was clean and cosy, the lack of staff was somewhat of a shame. The bar and restaurant was also not open throughout the four nights of my stay, something that I was only informed of in the days leading up to my stay via the messaging service on the Hotels.com app."
