"I booked and prepaid for a double room with en-suite. Upon arrival, when they saw I was alone, I was moved to a single room with restroom down the hall and downstairs. I am a 65 y/o woman, traveling alone. I need a bathroom at night. None of the sinks worked, except for the one downstairs powderoom. Very convenient for the town centre. Would have liked breakfast to be served until 10.30am on Easter Monday rather than 10am."

"We got a warm welcome from the staff at reception when we arrived which set the scene for a lovely relaxed stay. Our room was clean, well equipped, quiet with a nice view of the garden. We had a nice evening meal in the bar restaurant with excellent service and our breafast was all we could wish for. Wish we were able have stayed a bit longer. Will definitely be back. "
