"We loved NRMA Warrnambool. We only stayed one night but it has a great family friendly vibe. The outdoor pool looked like fun and the indoor one was like a bath. The cabin was spacious and clean with complimentary tea, coffee etc.. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but my favourite thing was the towel swan on the bed, a lovely touch🤓"

"Inside of cabin dated with dirt on the top of tiles coming up from the bathroom floor, frying pan dirty, too many washing machines out of order . Positive feedback position of park fantastic, bed comfortable and great block out blinds. Also very quiet. "

"Clean rooms and well positioned be aware that no services on sundays or public holidays. Had issue with shower drain and reported to housekeeping which appearwd to have been fixed but no communication from staff "

"Hotel is located with walking distance of the CBD and the botanic gardens. Standard motel setup. Milk provided at check-in. Front desk staff provided on guidance on where to go in town."

"I had to clean out the spa as the jets were shooting out black stuff. Tiles were cracked around the spa, and a hand print was on the tiles. No sponge provided yet dish liquid was, lady stated that all dishes get removed and go to comertial kitchen to be cleaned being strange about a sponge request yet gave one. None of the cutlerly or plates cups matched at all. Bed was comfortable, had to move couch to watch TV in bed as on a low tv unit, potentially put tv on the wall on movable arm to be watch in spa too. Spa sticker stated please do not use spa after 10:30pm for the consideration of other guests, this is not notified on line or in any legal contract so mayby consider soundproofing the roof below and any other walls"
