"We booked a last minute cabin with our 2 children for 1 night. We arrived late & whilst the self check in kiosk was great, it didn't dispense our key. I had to call the out if hours number at 10pm which woke up the owner to get our cabin key. On opening the cabin we were almost knocked out by the disguising stench of sewerage. We had to keep the bathroom door closed all night with the fan on just to sleep. Had it not have been so late at night we would have requested a refund & gone sonewhere...
