"At 9 AM on Sept 15 we asked that the man at the front desk call and get us a taxi to the airport. About 15 minutes later he called again and was told that no taxi was responding to their dispatcher for this ride. He then helped my wife register for the Uber app and request an Uber ride to the airport. The Uber ride showed up within minutes and took us to the airport, where we needed all of our allotted time to catch our plane. I never got his name, but I hope it is not too late to thank him...

"Very nice facility in a sketchy neighborhood. The limited access through the gate and well lit parking lot provide actual security along with the feeling of being secure. This place is a diamond in the rough. Nice clean basic rooms, almost squeaky clean. Seems to be freshly painted. Bed very comfortable. Front desk staff great. If I still had my own business, I'd hire the front desk lady for sure."
