The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. We loved it and for sure it will be our first choice next time we visit Hamburg!"

"Excellent location with underground parking attached to the property. Incredibly helpful staff - particularly when we had an issue with our room which was solved very swiftly. The sauna on the roof was amazing, and can highly recommend the breakfast which is one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel."

"Quirky hotel. Rooms very comfortably and homely. Right next to arena which is very handy if you are going to the concert, but can be a little annoying if you are not. There was a dance party on a Saturday night and the deep bass thump thump was coming through the room… I would guess this didnt happen often and no fault of the hotel"

"silverfish in the bathroom, tv almost non-functional, cheap and dirty, smelly, no staff, for 1 night it is ok if you get in the room before dark. 25-30 mins away from the Rathaus. if on a budget you can risk one night. otherwise better options in other hotels."
