"Staff was very supportive and friendly as well as responsive to our requests for additional needed items (extra toilet paper, Kleenex, extra towels, a replacement ironing board).
This place, and the surrounding area, is very nice. Bonus points for being conveniently located within walking distance of the Ballston/MU Metro station, upscale restaurants and a nearby grocery store.
Fitness room is in need of a refresh; various pieces of workout equipment were functional but in need maintenance...

"The staff is great. The rooms are clean and have a modern feel. The hotel is close to the metro and Dunkin‘ Donuts(this is where I get my coffee every morning). It’s quick and easy checking in and out. This is our favorite hotel to stay when going to DC."
