"The location was perfect for us visiting family in Arlington. The free parking was most appreciated and it was very easy to find a spot to park. Plenty of luggage carts made it easy to unload and load the car with all of our luggage. Front desk staff quickly and cheerfully made a change to our room when we needed a room closer to the elevator for our elderly mother."

"The staff were excellent- they couldn’t have been more helpful and kind.
Management needs to do something about the elevator issues - our last 2 days, only 1 elevator worked, but often taking us to the wrong floor- very frustrating at times.
Overall, a great place to stay."

"Everything about the place was great. One thing I noticed was that the sink faucet was on the back corner- which was cool-looking, but made it messier for me to wash my face! But overall the bed was comfortable. And the amenities were great. The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and convenient and the continental breakfast was great!!"

"First night was horrible. I booked 2 beds and they gave me 1 bed with a foldable bed for my mother in law who’s is 95! Then, the air conditioning would not go off so they put a blanket over it for the night.
Then we talked to Asia the next morning and she made everything right with a room with 2 beds a view of DC and complimentary breakfast for the rest of the days we were there. Thanks a lot for the help, really appreciate it."

"They gave our family a corner room which was very quiet. The street facing us did not have too much traffic, and even with the traffic, the room was pretty silent. King size beds for 4 people was a game changer, we all slept very well. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice, we didn't interact with them very much. Restaurant and bar was delightful. I wish they had a kid's menu for dinner choices, we would have ordered more often from them. A terrific stay!"

"The location was perfect. The hotel was clean and well-maintained with a lovely ambiance. The front desk staff was friendly and super helpful. We did have issues with the servers at the bar and restaurant. The service was slow, and it took an excessive amount of time to get our food. That being said, the flatbread pizza was great and the prices were reasonable. The rooftop bar views are lovely. We would stay there again."
