"very unorganized at check in. did not have available the room that was originally booked. gave us grief at check out for having a 3rd person, although room was booked as a quad family room from the start and notified them at check in, while we were standing at desk that we had 3 adults not 2. requested room to be cleaned on day 2 and no one came to clean. budget hotel, with unknowledgable staff, different rules daily with different staff. wouldn't stay again. "

"The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are friendly, and overall we had a great stay. The room was excellent the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained.
The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were very helpful and welcoming.
One downside is that for a 4-star hotel you need to book the pool in advance because it’s shared with a gym club. Also, the hotel makes it look like they have a jacuzzi, but in reality they don’t.
