"Breakfast not very organised. Cook looked like she could only cook 1 order at a time. Tea arrived, no milk or sugar until we asked for it."

"The hotel is beautiful and centrally located which is nice. Our room was clean when we got there which is guess is all that matters and the staff were nice but basically useless. My requests went unmet, our shower was freezing, like ice bath cold. I requested it be fixed and it never was so we have been taking cold showers for three days. I requested/was offered a surprise for my daughter’s birthday and it was forgotten. The walls are very thin as well, so you hear everything going on outside...

"There was a university gala and they were located in the reception. Not ideal for people checking in."

"The breakfast is very good, the common areas were very nice. The rooms, maybe, need a remodeling."

"Disgusting Hotel. Rooms were smelly and dirty. Couldn't wait to leave and get a shower at home. Mattress was ridiculously thin so had to sleep on the spare duvet for abit of comfort. Receptionist was wild rude on check-in. Entire hotel is very dated. The hotel profile is click bait, it looks nothing like the photos. This is without a doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in."

"The room was very comfortable, we were sad to leave. The bar and restaurant are excellent. The front desk staff was amazingly helpful. I highly recommend."

"Exceptional staff and property. Food was some of the best I had in Ireland."

"I was very happy with my stay, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was my first time visiting the hotel, and I highly recommend it to other travelers visiting the city."

"Property was lovely. Room was ok. Slight smell. Bathroom was dated and not that clean. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant was delicious."
