"Door keys wouldn’t open door when we finally got to room so had to go back down to lobby. Fridge in room would not go a good cold for food likes meats and cheese. No one there to assist with breakfast in morning. Pancake maker wouldn’t work. No ice left for drinks. Another guest called to lobby to ask for help and no one came. I walked to down to lobby to get someone to come up. Came up to fill the ice but no one ever found the person in charge of breakfast to fix machine."

"The staff was very supportive in assisting me with a late checkout for a medical need. However we didn’t require a late checkout! The property is very outdated, but it was clean, easy to navigate & the entire staff was friendly & accommodating. The property is in a great location & accessible to most of your travel needs. If I had one complaint it would be the “yapping” dog a few rooms down from us!"

"Wonderful hotel! Loved the breakfast & location"

"From the moment we checked in the staff was happy and professional. It was a soggy afternoon but they were all smiling and laughing. The evening food was great, The popcorn fresh and the beer cold. Each person we interacted with from the housekeepers to the food service and even the managers making their rounds in the common areas were excellent and on point. Breakfast was served hot and the spacious dining area was a treat."
