"New and clean. Nice restaurant. Arrived at 11:15 and asked to check in, told we had to wait until 2:00 PM, I explained we had a meeting to go to and even 1 of 2 rooms would work so we could get ready, told OK but I have to pay 1/2 day for it. To check in 2 1/2 hours early even though the room is ready, I had to pay???? Really? The receptionist acted like we were lucky to be guests there. Never said welcome, what can I do for you? happy to see you. Same guy at check out with same...

Cama confortável, ambiente cheiroso, limpo e arejado. Variedade excelente no café da manhã. Vamos voltar com certeza."

"Incrível Amei a estadias"

"Estava tudo perfeito!! Mercúrio a gente sabe o que encontrar. Equipe competente, prestativa; Quarto amplo, arejado, claro. Banheiro ótimo! Café da manhã com tudo muito gostoso. Vista maravilhosa!! Super recomendo!!👏👏👏👏"

"This was one of our favourite hotels ever! Nothing beats that view… seeing it the first time on arrival is breathtaking. In general the decor was beautiful and unique and added to the sense of relaxation. The food was delicious - both the great breakfast spread and the lunch/dinner menu. And the cocktails were top notch and watching the sunset from the bar was something we did almost every night of our stay in Buzios. All the staff and servers were friendly and helpful. So happy that we picked...

"It’s ok just a little run down, need some maintenance especially about the smell of humidity in the room and very noisy AC. Location is the best part, breakfast is standard but enough. The beach and the view is very nice here, definitely will stay in this area again next time but not sure if we will choose this hotel again as there are plenty of options with the same price range better and newer. The management need to improve their game. "
