"Friendly staff in a welcoming small hotel. Our room, the Willow, was very comfortable and quiet. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was good and Breakfast was great also."

We weren't in a hurry but at dinner it took 2 and a half hours to get 2 courses and there weren't a lot of diners. We ate on a Wednesday evening around 7pm and 3 of the meal options were "off" and all pizzas so the choice was very limited. At breakfast the next morning the food was perfectly acceptable but the only preserve available was raspberry jam. The stock control really needs to up its game! The hotel is in a lovely position so it really could be so much better."
