"Quanto ao quarto, café da manhã, foi tudo muito bom. Bom atendimento, Tudo limpo e funcionando perfeitamente. Único detalhe é quanto ao estacionamento. Não entendi a cobrança de R$25,00! O carro fica a céu aberto, vaga não é exclusiva e não tem manobrista."

"The front desk is usually staffed with English speaking workers. They were very helpful as my Portuguese is limited. Housekeeping staff visited daily to clean bathroom and make sure the rest of the room was tidy. The breakfast which had bakery items, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, sandwich items, coffee, juice, and yogurt was excellent. The lobby also had coke, beer, sandwiches, some frozen food items and chips. The hotel is in walking distance to Subway, a gelato store, a nice pizza restaurant as well as small shops for paper supplies, a nice bakery, and fresh fruit grocery. It is also within walking distance to Praco do Japao. Overall, Hotel Smart Moov is indeed a smart choice😊"

"Nice hotel in a nice, safe location but there are several things that were not as expected, some of which they can try to improve upon. This was based on our 11 day stay. •There is traffic noise if your room faces the street, but there is little or no noise from the corridor or the other rooms. •We were on the fourth floor. One Wednesday morning around 7:15, all the down-going elevators reaching our floor were full. As result my wife, who could not use the stairs, was unable to go down to the ground floor to say goodbye to departing relatives. She waited over 15 minutes without success. •The room could use stronger lighting for reading. •The couch had several large stains, it needs to be dry cleaned or reupholstered. •The paint of the walls could use touch ups. •The breakfast option is only for a buffet breakfast. The hotel should offer breakfast a la carte for people like us that generally have a light breakfast. •The operation of the TV and the various channels is complicated. There should had been instructions in the room. There was a sign in the table to use a QR code to get information about the TV, but when checked it did not contain information regarding how to operate it. We had hotel personnel come twice to our room to help us with the TV, and we got different instructions. •For the five first days our room did not have Kleenex, when I found out that other rooms had it the reception desk provided a box. We had a cold, we needed them. No room for more comments"

"O café da manhã é muito bom, e o quarto é amplo, confortável e bem estruturado. No entanto, o hotel deixa a desejar em aspectos básicos de organização e atenção aos detalhes. Realizei uma reserva para dois adultos e duas crianças e, além disso, informei com mais de seis semanas de antecedência que estaríamos acompanhados de um pet de pequeno porte. Apesar dessas informações terem sido fornecidas previamente, ao chegarmos ao hotel fomos encaminhados a um quarto preparado para apenas duas pessoas. Havia toalhas somente para dois hóspedes, não havia roupa de cama para o sofá-cama e também faltavam travesseiros e cobertores suficientes para acomodar toda a família. São itens básicos que deveriam estar disponíveis desde a chegada, especialmente quando a composição dos hóspedes já havia sido informada antecipadamente. Outro ponto que me chamou a atenção foi a cobrança de uma taxa de R$ 70,00 pela estadia do pet. Apesar do valor cobrado, o hotel não oferece qualquer estrutura ou conveniência específica para os animais, como tapete higiênico, comedouro ou bebedouro, o que torna a cobrança difícil de justificar. Considerando que todos os detalhes da reserva haviam sido comunicados com antecedência, esperávamos encontrar o quarto devidamente preparado para nossa chegada. A experiência foi positiva em relação às instalações e ao café da manhã, e à cordialidade dos colaboradores, mas falhou em cuidados básicos que impactam diretamente o conforto e a percepção de qualidade do serviço."
