"Fabulous setting in the Great Smokey mountains.Blooming flowers and lots of walking paths to explore. Asheville brewery and restaurants were nearby. Recommend the nighttime light show, Luminaries of Biltmore castle."

"Quiet. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hot proteins. Just like other HIE's"

"The hotel was fine. The outside is older could use a little updating but the rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast was a little limited because they don't have a kitchen on site to service hot food but they had egg biscuits, oatmeal that could be heated in the microwave and a waffle machine. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Because of where the hotel is located, we were able to take back streets to and from the WNC fair grounds / airport to the hotel and bypass all the nasty traffic in the area. We would stay here again."

"Outside of the property and lobby area are well maintained however, when i let my 9 month old daughter crawl around our room for at most two minutes, her socks and knees were black (not grey, black). The coffee in the lobby is HORRIBLE and I'm no coffee snob, but it was bad. Otherwise not a bad two night stay."
