From start to finish, my stay here was WONDERFUL!!! Everyone was so helpful with my questions and printing needs, the Poets restaurant was delicious, and the king sized bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The next time I visit Baltimore, I know *exactly* where I’m staying!
Room is super clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar seems great. The gym is more than adequate. The location is great, right next to it is the Walters Art Museum, Washington Monument and Mount Vernon Place.
I didn’t have a car, but catching a Uber is easy.
The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I arrived very early in the morning and was able to check in. The staff always seemed happy to see me and told me that while I was staying at the hotel, I was "home". The room was clean, and the restaurant was delicious. I will definitely stay there again.
A Fantastic Stay! The hotel is perfectly located with plenty of walkable interests or things that are easy to get to. The staff was incredibly helping. And the Poet, bar and restaurant, was the perfect way to start or end the day, if you wanted.
Bartenders and food were excellent but the bar and restaurant closed too early. TV was a little challenging to figure out. No fan in the bathroom was a definite minus.
The room was in pristine condition, the bar /restaurant offered delicious breakfast and dinner options, but the best feature of Hotel Indigo Baltimore is the staff. From the valet parking attendants who greet the guests to the efficient personnel at check in to the friendly bellman to the maintenance staff, absolutely every person made me feel like a special guest. It was very impressive to learn that many of the staff had been employed there for eight to fifteen years or more, and they were proud of the hotel. That pride shows and it manifests as a warm and welcoming stay.
The hotel was nice and well-maintained. I had dinner at the restaurant one night and the bartender who served me was friendly. The people working the desk were also always friendly and answered my questions. The fitness room also seemed new and was clean. My only complaint was that Expedia's listing made me think that breakfast was included when it is not. There is also a small historic building tax at checkout that I don't think was mentioned. But I would definitely stay again.
Enjoyed stay at hotel Indigo Baltimore. Staff was accommodating and restaurant on premises was a plus. Carpets however in hallway should be replaced and onsite pool would have been great.
We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and incredibly quiet, and the bed was comfortable — exactly what you want after a long day of sightseeing.
The location was great for us. It was about a 20-minute walk to Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor, and there were plenty of pubs, restaurants and other places within easy walking distance. We found it very convenient for exploring Baltimore without having to drive everywhere.
We ate at Poets twice during our stay and really enjoyed it. The food was good, and both times the servers were fast, friendly and attentive.
A special shout-out to Anthony, who checked us in and seemed to be there throughout our entire stay! He was always so friendly and welcoming whenever we saw him. Just a genuinely great guy who made us feel at home and added to our experience.
Between the quiet, comfortable room, convenient location, good food and wonderful service, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
