The room was impossible to remain in because it smelled so bad. Could only stay in for a few hours before needing to leave due to the smell

The room was absolutely terrible. The sheets were dirty, the rug was sticky and the smell…saw bugs too! Don’t get started in the smell. The breakfast area was dirty as well. We actually left and booked another hotel.

The door to the bathroom didn't close at all in one room (107) in the other it closed but didn't lock (108). The entrance door of 108 was jammed and didn't open many a time and there was a big gap between the door and the ground. There were holes in the sheets and blanket covers and the pillows are weird - too small yet too fat.

The worst hotel ever

The free breakfast suck how is it free breakfast? If they didn’t even have coffee, the milk was watered down all they had was apple water down juice and toast.

I stay the four days but no Wi-Fi, the staff said it's still maintain. Breakfast is okay quite a lot of choice. I stayed the room face to the main road. This is noisy start at 6:00 in the morning time.

Not bad for a single overnight stay with no frills

I think for the price it was an okay stay, no major red flags or disappointments except for the comfort of the mattress was not good. EVERY TIME i moved i could hear the frame underneath and the mattress could've been better quality. However, it was clean and near a couple fast food restaurants and highway access was immediate. Could use a little modernization but again it was clean, convenient an no major issues.

Not a pleasant visit

It did not look that great from the outside Greeted w a smile..Hotel was clean..bed SUPER comfortable!! When we first got there after being there for about 20mins we decided to go out and eat when i went outside it was about 30 people.just hangin around the front door,when i got to my car and it was like 10 people hanging on my car leaning n chilli like it was the thing to do, I WENT BOLISTIC and the words weren't nice. Thats not a good look seeing all them people just hanging around the entrance. Its got to be what they do becauae they were acting like it was normal and nobody said anything to them.I will NEVER stay here again

Terrible customer service

When we got to the hotel we were immediately asked do you want the good news or the bad news. The bad news was that we had to go to another hotel 3 miles down the road, The good news was there wasn’t any. They didn’t offer to give any sort of refund or discount for the inconvenience. The manager or whoever he was was also very rude about the issue and not accommodating at all

The room they put me in initially smelled like I was breathing through a dirty wet gym sock. I wasn't expecting much, and I just needed a place to crash, so I put up with it and spent the night. I woke up with a nasty cough... As I tried to get ready, I made a horrifying discovery - the paint above the shower was sagging away from the wall exposing black mold underneath. To their credit, as soon as I made the hotel aware they found me a new room. However the smell and visible mold tells me that they've been ignoring the issue for a while. The new room was completely fine, so presumably the issue is limited to that one room, but that room would be very dangerous for anyone with mold sensitivity.

The area and hotel seemed a bit seedy. The room was clean but smelled of smoke even though we were in a nonsmoking room. The smoking rooms are on the first floor and ours was upstairs. The free breakfast didnt have alot of options. We switched to another hotel after the first couple of days.

It’s a very bad place dirty specially the room we have towel is not clean sheets of the bed is not clean couple cutting the sheet like an old sheet is not clean at all. Even the people work there doesn’t help for anything. I go ask the front desk even For bucket ice to bring some ice from the icemaker. She said sorry we don’t have an extra and I told her there’s nothing in room can you give me one? She said no we don’t have the extra the place is not clean at all.

I liked the cost and the location was convenient but other than that this day was far from enjoyable. There were children up and running the halls and screaming up until 3:30 in the morning. There was also loud music and doors slamming. And there was no avoiding the stench of marijuana in my room. There was no fruit out at breakfast time and a very limitted selection but for the price I guess you can't expect much.
