Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable. Extremely distressing & frustrating experience. A great stay as usual

"This was our third visit to the hotel. As previously, check in with quick and easy and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable with extra pillows available, which was good for me. The shower was good with plenty of hot water and shower gel and shampoo. Overall a good experience for the price and we'll definitely be using it again the next time we come up."

"Excellent stay; the room was a decent size and was quite peaceful, despite the fact that it overlooked the square below and that there was live music playing, which we enjoyed listening to in the square but we could hardly hear it from our room. The staff were courteous and respectful, and the hotel was clean and welcoming."
