"Prior to coming to Thailand, I have never heard of the SALA resorts. So for first impression, this was probably my favorite hotel of all time. The staff was beyond helpful, friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure that we felt special. The scenery at every meal was breathtaking as your right by the beach. The food was excellent every time. The hotel room with our own pool, we got an upgrade and to say that it was stunning is an understatement . They were helpful when it came to excursions, and also helpful when it came to rides or anything else that we needed. If I could stay at a Sala property everywhere I go I would. I would definitely recommend this hotel this staff to anybody staying in Phuket or anywhere else in Thailand. A final point is that all other hotels should measure how good their service and amenities are based on how SALA does it. The kindest staff anywhere."

"Amazing food (especially breakfast) beautiful spacious rooms, staff were on another level of friendly and helpful. The resort itself is beautiful and clean. My only gripe is the beach waters are too rough to really swim in and the beach itself is a public beach so there was some trash on it but that’s not the resorts responsibility. If you are hoping to go swimming at the beach you may not want to do it at the resort. Besides that our stay was a 10/10."

"The resort is very well maintained, we arrived at the "off-season" therefore we saw all the cleaning, grass trimming and maintenance work being done. It was a great stay, we enjoyed the room and the facilities. The exploration center is great and provides various activities. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Staff was friendly and help out in all issues."
