"reception staffs always ask for security deposit due to fear of guests may damage hotel property although they failed to show written rule on such. When a prepaid guest refused to such then the guest's passport been retain for guarantee until check out. Avoid a receptionist nicknamed nawach. Hotel neighbourhood comprised car dealers and workshops"

"Great hotel, super service. Great facilities."

"It had bags of trash outside the hotel, it was little bugs all over the counter in my room, around the toilet was nasty and so was the sink. They didn’t have washcloths I had to bathe with hand towels, a couple was trying to get me to open my door at 2am. The topper was when I left my DND sign on my door when I went on an outing and house keepers entered my room anyway. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone!"

"Overall, the hotel was great in every aspect."

"Hotel dgn prime location, kamar besar sayangnya kamar blm di renov sejak sy stay 15thn yl semua sama. Ada bau kamar tua wkt masuk, mungkin karpetnya, perlu dicuci. Selebihnya semua sangat ok. "
