"No front desk. No indication on Hotels.com on how to check in. I had to reach out to host on Whatsapp to get access to the room.
Room had an adjacent room and we could hear every word from the other side.
This place is right next to a pond so ton of mosquitoes all around.
Was in Thailand for 3 weeks all around and this was the worst place we stayed at. "

"Nice pool, great room (spacious and clean) that resembled a small apartment. Pool was very pretty and the location was close to the beach, stores & resorts while still in a residential area."

"Lovely room, cleaned daily. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. Mostly quiet. Excellent views and near local shops, restaurants. Only issue we had was that there was 1 room key - this was difficult to manage as we were 3 groups of adults who didn't do everything together. 2 keys would have been ideal - a point for improvement. Overall a fantastic hotel"
