"Nothing short of incredible. Amazing, expansive villa with a great pool, comfy bed, huge bathroom (one of two!) and smart TV. Staff were so warm and helpful, really great service. Food and drink were great. Beautiful property. Check-in was smooth and they even let us in an hour and a half early which was a delight since we were only there for two nights. When my husband got sick, they offered medicine. Housekeeping was excellent. Live music at dinner was lovely. The only thing I'll note is that...

"Could be a gym, probably was at one point. Dirty, not well appointed, breakfast is cooked at 7:00 a.m. once so if you go at 9:00 you get 2 hour old food... If you enjoy old shrimp this is your place... Service is totally lacking or non existent. No mattress pad, AC can't keep room cool even in winter ... Look elsewhere for now "

"Lovely resort, but quite a steep hill to go up a lot of taxi bike i got struggle to go up. If you like hiking then this is a great option. The pool was a good size, the room we had the jacuzzi bit to the pool didnt work. The decor for the room was slightly scary especially at night when waking up to use the bathroom. As you enter the property there was a big face hanging up which is right by the bathroom door, then there was different types of pictures/painting that had eyes around the room come...

The ants in the kitchen and outside 2. The sunbeds are outside without mattresses (we asked and were told that there are no mattresses) And in general, a villa that hosts 4-6 guests must have a respectable outdoor seating area and not just 2 sunbeds."

"The staff was really nice. The hotel is small and quiet. I did not like seeing a rat my first night while sitting in the pool. I didn’t like alcohol being displayed but not for sale. I did not like coming back to my room on the second day with ants all over the bed. I did not like being charged for extra meal in regard to communication barrier with front desk staff."
