"The staff and service were exceptional. Property was immaculate and comfortable. Pool was fantastic. We spent the day by the pool then rode into town to tour the Night Market. It was a bit of a drive to get into Chiang Mai and transportation wasn't easily accessible. Nearby road noise could be heard during the early morning hours and evening, but wasn't overly disruptive. It is on the outskirts of town. That being said, the staff were very helpful in arranging transportation, including a tour...

"Room was spacious and well represented in the photos. Great option of full complementary coffee menu (even the fancier lattes, iced coffees). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Offered to help with local suggestions and offered to resolve a guided tour mix-up. 15 mins grab ride to Old Town, Chiang Mai. The hotel is immaculately clean in all areas and room service was just as well. If we were considering longer stay we would extend our time at De Manor Hotel. "
