"The epitome of Asian hospitality, the staff were genuinely friendly and took pride in their work. They accommodated my requests, rooms were clean and beds were comfy and cosy. I had booked some spa treatments and they accommodated my request to have my elderly mother sit in the treatment room with me as she has dementia and cannot be on her own. If I ever visit Chiang Mai again I will definitely stay there. "

"Beautiful hotel set right next to the river. The room was adorned with lots of cool artwork, had nice wooden finishing, and lots of space. I loved how they also had fresh fruit waiting for us in our room. The staff were very hospitable and helped make the stay very enjoyable. Overall would recommend this place and would stay there again if I go back to Chiang Mai. "

"Second time here in a week. Loved it again. It puts you in a great mood. Zen like. It’s a vibe at this hotel. The entire staff is great. Especially the cook and workers at the breakfast. 3 different style eggs, all delicious. On this trip, we made our way to Loh Kroh Road to check out the Muay Thai Stadium, beautiful temple , Tai Phae Gate & even found a sports bar to watch American Football. All of that a 5-10 minute walk only. Pool was great again, got my daily laps in. Another great stay here ! "

"Room was very clean and spacious. Really liked the aesthetics of the building, gave a very traditional vibe. Breakfast buffet was very good, made eating a meal in morning easy before starting day’s activities. Great location, 2 minute walk from the night market and ended eating dinner there most nights. Free airport transfer was great and made arriving & departing Chiang Mai so easy. Staff were also wonderful, very helpful with pretty much anything I needed throughout my stay. Overall Had a 10/10 experience."
