"Mon Lom Nao Homestay is very cozy and with amazing mountains views. The hotel owner is very friendly and responsive to take care of our stay . She answered and helped our questions and needs evry single thing. I did not get a chance to meet and speak to her in person to say words of appreciation. They are very nice. "When I first got there the balcony door was cracked open. In the night when I went to the toilet I had a mouse in the room. The tile in the shower was falling off the wall. Someone repaired it but they also went through my luggage and a few small items of mine were missing. The sheets were clean but some were stained. For the amount of usd I paid I think this property wasn’t worth it. Some staff was friendly and some seemed to be bothered. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place."
