I really loved the accommodations and the location other than the train was so loud and there was a lot. The lady met us right at the door and showed us how to use everything. We were the only occupants there so it was very quiet. The fees for using things are a little crazy but I get it. Over all definitely keep this one the list. I have two teens who do not like sharing a bed so having three beds is hard to find.

The room was clean and big too, the bathroom was small but not a big deal, the only thing I did notice that we did not have a hair dryer which was a bummer. Overall It was really functional nice and clean I would for sure away here again.

Very reasonably priced. Loved the fact that they include a fully functional kitchen. Only problem was that there weren't enough chairs or space at the table for more than 1 person to eat. Beds fairly comfortable. Host is responsive and helpful. Room clean. Outside appears a bit unremarkable but the rooms are nicer than the outside alludes to. Overall, I am glad we found this place.

El hotel esta es un pueblito pequeño y se siente bastante aislado, pero es un hotel muy comodo. A tener en cuenta es que el tren pasa muy cerca del hotel. Pense que seria un problema por el ruido, pero no se si estaba muy cansada o la cama estaba tan comoda que despues de un rato no note el tren y dormi como un bebe.

I really like how they saved this vintage motel and brought new life into it. Excellent job on the renovation. Great place to stay the night if you are going to Lava Hot Springs.

Room was surprisingly up to par with us. Very suprised due to the old bldg. But inside is remodeled and had a full kitchen. Which is nice if you don't want to spend a lot at the restaurants. But water pressure was good and heated water was also perfect. Only downfall was the thin walls. Could hear everything the room next to us was doing. Also the train track across woke us up a couple times when it came by. They lay on those horns.

Luckily another couple was just checking in and told us that we had to call the number on the sign to get the code to get our key. There's no office and we didn't know how to get into our rooms. The rooms smelled really clean and they appeared to be clean. I was really excited that the floors were not carpet. My kids had brought some toys to play with and after about 35-40 mins of playing "farm" on the floor the knees of their pants were black!!! at first glance, the floors looked clean but they were NOT. When I bathed them they put black footprints in the tub (they had had socks and shoes on until we got to the hotel) I'd probably stay there again, but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors. I was thinking that it might just be our room, but we had family in another room, and their floors were the same. They would be so easy to keep cleaner than what they were since they aren't carpet. The rest of the room was very clean through. We were in the room that had three beds which was perfect for our family of 5. I LOVED having the kitchenette in the room. We were able to keep our ice packs froze each night so we were ready for the next day. It was a breeze to keep our food and snacks cold without the hassle everything being in ice and coolers 24/7. The only other negative, which is no fault of the hotels. I didn't realize that the train tracks were right across the street from the hotel and woke me up several times while honking at the crossings....
