"Continental breakfast was great, lots to choose from. It was disappointing the pool was not open."

"Our room couch had mold. Our bathroom had mold in the showers."

"The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. You could hear the neighbors going in and out...in fact soundproofing all around could be better. We had noisy neighbors the first night and they did quiet down after a call made to them...

"The hotel itself was great; it was very clean, and there was always an attendant at the front desk if you had any questions. The only issue I had was that room service never came to replace used towels or tidy up the room. Also, the shower has a gap that allows water to flow onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard."

"After initial check in when given a king room after we asked for a room with 2 queen beds. The front desk was helpful, but I requested the room with a walk-in shower. We got a room with a tub and the shower head didn't work correctly. On top of that, the tub didn't drain adequately and was standing in 6" of water while showering. We've stayed at this hotel a number of times and this was the worst room experience we've ever had."

"Pool is not heated and was ice cold. We also asked for extra pillows twice and was told they didn’t have any which can’t be true since the hotel wasn’t even halfway booked. The water pressure in the shower is very minimal."

"Our first night was rough. Our air conditioner did not work even when they gave a batteries for the thermostat. After no sleep, they gave us a different room the next night."

"We stay here often - love the outdoor pool to rewind after driving and this last visit made a few treks around the walking trail around the pond. Left my phone charger there and they were able to find it and send it back to me. We had a king room and liked the extra-long, reclined type chair."
