"Everything about your stay here was wonderful! Gianluigi was fantastic. We got a flat tire on our way in and he immediately called a mechanic to help us. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were! "The hotel was very classy and clean. It was walking distance to manduria Town with nice places to eat nearby at very reasonable prices. Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. "Very luxurious castle type property-beds are great . We had two rooms on 2nd floor - which is really like a 3 rd - hefty walk - especially with sets of luggage . Pool was amazing - they forgot to open washroom by pool - oh well . Michelin wasn’t opened that day - sad - but bistro was adequate. Road in is in terrible shape . Overall a very chill place - great staff and rooms etc . It’s just designed more for events than “ actual “ guests I believe "

Direttamente nel centro storico ( bisogna cercare di arrivare prima delle 19 per evitare che la ztl si attivi) colazione superrrr Consiglio vivamente anche ristorante “ la biga” a pochi passi, gentilissimo e molto preparato ristoratore( prenotate per tempo!!) "Tout était parfait. L'emplacement, la gentillesse, la chambre et les espaces communs. Petit déjeuner copieux avec aussi des fruits frais et une dégustation de l'huile d'olive EVO qu'ils produisent. Parking aisé dans la rue. A proximité : plage de punto prosciutto à proximité ainsi que d'autres à découvir, réserve naturelle, salins et observation d'oiseaux. "

"La struttura e' molto carina anche se necessiterebbe di un rinnovo dei locali comunque le stanze sono pulite. Ogni camera ha un piccolo patio al coperto con un tavolo e 4 sedie. C'è anche un piccolo cucinino con le cose essenziali. Il frigo è capiente. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere alla spiaggia, solo 10 minuti a piedi. C'è un piccolo bar dove si può fare colazione (a costo extra). "

"We book the hotel on the same day and when we arrived, no one was there. We kept calling a phone number and after many attempts someone responded and came later. We had to wait by the road after the whole day of driving. It didn't feel like arriving to 4stars hotel but a not well organised B@B.
