The apartments are next to the beach which is very convenient. The pools are good and there are also water slides for the kids. My 1 room studio apartment was quite small but it was OK. However, the room was locked (can not be used) and the bed was placed in the living. The management should replace the bath towels with new ones.

Pertama kali sampai, dalam keadaan penat memandu, cuaca panas dan hati sedikit panas..terlalu banyak soalan yang perlu dijawab di entrance gate..Soalan yang sepatutnya ditanya dan dijawab semasa check in di kaunter lobby. Walaupun itu adalah sistem atau SOP hotel, tetapi memberikan perasaan kurang selesa kepada guest. Swimming pool tidak dapat digunakan sepenuhnya. Tiap kali nak guna swimming pool sebelah pagi, disuruh oleh pekerja hotel untuk naik atas alasan nak dibersihkan. pancuran air untuk permainan kanak kanak juga tidak dibuka. Hilang seronok. Kami datang dan bayar untuk guna semua kemudahan yang ada. Tak sama dengan iklan yang ditunjukkan. Plug suis atau power point dalam bilik juga tidak mencukupi. power point yang ada hanya untuk tv dan peti sejuk sahaja. Zaman sekarang kemudahan untuk guest menggunakan Handphone, laptop juga perlu diambil kira.. Pembaziran ruang yang ketara. Berbanding dengan hotel lain, walaupun bilik studio, hotel lain ada menyediakan set kerusi coffee table atau set sofa kecil. Kemudahan didalam bilik studio ini kelihatan lebih murah dari bilik homestay. Card access bermasalah. Kad pendua yang diberikan seolah-olah macam tak ada fungsi.. terpaksa guna kad pertama dahulu, baru boleh guna kad kedua.. Hahaha.. sistem yang menyusahkan. Siapalah yang buat sistem yang teramat kurang bijak ini. Menu makan sarapan pagi yang hampir sama setiap pagi. Kurang menarik.. nasib baik terpaksa makan sebab perut lapar dan layanan staf cafe yang ramah.

As a quiet place, pretty nice to stay but have to top up at RM 300 at hotel check in time in order to get 2 rooms at one place otherwise have to share with others according to the front desk person said. I was charged RM 30 at check out time for the towel for being dirty with sand when used at beach. Luckily , did not need to pay for the stain of bed sheet which was definitely not done by us as the stain spot area is under the mattress and who would notice that other than the house keeping employee but claimed from us. Absolutely disappointed.

Pool well maintained, cleanliness at its best tho it is festive season. anyhow, the room amenities need lotss of improvement. my case, room is provided with microwave, heater, tv and fridge (proper fridge-not mini one). however, only 2 plug available. one already connected to fridge, one for tv. we need to switch off tv to use microwave or heater! no table at all. for the price we paid, this is a disappointment.

Pros : Near the beach. Free BBQ place. Nice pools. Living hall is big. Has balcony. Breakfast okay. Cons : No kitchen sink. Room is small. Did not stop those without proper swim attire in the pools.

There is no daily house keeping. Breakfast is not very nice. Also there is no phone line in this area. Wont stay here again.

Nice staff , room was clean , pleasant living - feeling unlogically was charged for stain on bath towel - This is quite weird might as well used our own towel rather than being charged on cleaning service.

OStädat hotell med behov av renovering
Ostädat hotell som ligger väldigt avsides. Hotekket är i stort behov av renovering. Maten som serverades i den enda restaurangen var katastrof, den varma maten var alltid kall. Dyrt hotell i förhållande till vad man får som gäst. Det enda possitiva med hotellet är deras två pooler, båda två är bra.

Slitet hotell med stort behov av renovering. Enormt dålig restaurang med bedrövlig frukost. Den varma maten var kall, personalen sa att maten står så länge så det går inte hålla den varm. Vi åt frukost kl 07:00! Väldigt trevlig pool och stranden nära.

It's not a hotel. Don't expect it to be. Other than that the family room was comfy and reasonably clean. Everything works in the room and in place. Swimming pool and gardens are lovely. Food wise can still improve if they take the trouble to keep it warm and get rid of those pesky flies at the dining hall with proper pest management.

Good place
I bring my mum dad sister and brother for relax. We booked family suite okay not bad view front swimming pool. Staff very okay nice. This place actually good for family or family day because the room very big and very comfortable but 2 thing only not have DUSTBIN and HANGER. That very funny for us because that one very important and basic. Breakfast very good and delicious. I really enjoy we can swim at swimming pool and also at beach. Gym? Not sure because nobody enter they only jogging outside.

Overall is ok for family
I have booked the studio room. Basically, it was a simple room, with queen bed, a fridge, aircond, closet and tv with limited channel. Quite cold after a few hours since there is no carpet. The breakfast was good with limited choices and worth it for rm20/pax (since i've booked the room thru internet with bfast. If not, u have to pay rm25/pax). Unfortunately for me, i got the room with the roof view. The residence accomodation is superb. They have nice pool for adult and kids, also private beach. The view from the lobby was awesome! So, overall, it is worth it unless the room view.

Lousy place to stay
The place was run down and the apartment is very smelly due to the humidity. The pool wasn't fun for kids at all, i could have to pay the same price but stay at Lotus Desaru. The breakfast was cool all the time, lots of houseflies. Overall, we aren't enjoying this 3days 2night trip. The staffs don't communicate with the guests too we have 5 people in the room but only 4 towels, i asked for extra... they told me i need to pay for it? Also, guest aren't allowed to use the gym facilities unless we pay....

No facility and not much choice of food unlike lot
Charging at this kind of price, I expect things to be at least comparable to Lotus. In the end, much worst, nothing much except for the pool. Very very disappointing. 100% wont go again!

Only if you have no where else to go.
Try to short change breakfast. My price include breakfast for 2 but they try to pass off with only one. Breakfast time changes with different staff questioned. Cook open up kitchen after complaint though. Gave me the missing meal too. Can get better accomodation nearby at price range.

You really need a car...
... to stay in this place. It’s a condo, not a hotel. They accept cash payment only, the convenience store is tiny and carries very few items only, the next shops are about 10km away. The only kitchen appliances are a kettle and a fridge, two tiny tea spoons were all we had. I might have missed these in other reviews. If you drive and bring provisions this can be a good place. Beach is nice, pools are simple but nice also.
