"The hotel was okay overall, but I had a disappointing experience after checkout. They charged a refundable security deposit of 500 MYR at check-in and, even after more than a month since checkout, the amount has still not been refunded. I have sent multiple emails to follow up, but there has been no response from the hotel. I hope they improve their post-stay customer service and refund process."

"The property was really good. Just ask them to take owneahip of the concessionaires found within their premises. I paid for coffee in the vendo machine found in ther lobby that waa never dispensed and the front desk just said they can’t do any about it. The leaat they could do is return my money and claim it from the coffee vendor since the from desk witnessed the whole experience."

Pool is large and is covered so kids were able to swim even when it was raining. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. Grab was convenient to get as well from the hotel. "We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...

"Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. Enough space on the living room to do work from the desk, and do yoga while facing the sky high view of the city. Felt unreal when you first stepped into the room. Bathroom has super gorgeous and spacious bath tub with modern blind, lamp, water fountain etc, all facing the gigantic window. Park lounge has excellent breakfast. Service was great. Definitely a recommend, especially after the mall and MRT will be open next year"
