This is a fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing and very responsive to all our requests. RJs rooftop bar is outstanding with awesome views of the city and Naim one of the bar tenders was outstanding and added to the relaxed and enjoyable environment. Breakfast with Mr Kenneth in charge made for a great start to the day with a huge variety of food and prompt service. We were on the 26th floor again with a great city views and spacious room. The convenience of the Paradigm mall next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise with a good range of shopping and food outlets. We throughly enjoy our 8 days and cannot speak more highly of the hotel, staff and great service.

Everything was ok but I would like to bring the management’s attention to the front office. I strongly suggest that all the front office staff to be more observant, never never allow anyone to cut queues especially during peak timings. This morning was a classic example of a female Chinese guest ignore the queue and went straight to the front office counter and the best part the front office staff went on to serve her. Seriously?

The room was amazing, Signature Suite, very spacious, letting lots of light in and with a superb bath tub with the greatest view. I'd say they only need to improve the breakfast options, they were quite limited for the executive lounge, and we happened to find mould in the bread one morning. Other than that, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the housekeeping did an amazingly good job.

My second visit to this hotel and I was not disappointed. I always book a room with access to the Club Lounge, as the variety, food and service are excellent. A special shout out to Puspah and the other staff in the Club, as they really look after you. PJ's bar on the roof is very good, plus it has an outdoor space for smokers that doesn't bother other guests. Very convenient for the Paradigm mall if you need to do some shopping or want alternatives to hotel food.
