"Hi I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott Putryana The staff were so very incredibly kind and friendly and were always there to help. The hotel is beautiful and very enjoyable in all ways It was relaxed and of a high level of service A unique combination The buffet breakfast was incredible The beds were comfortable and room always clean. We enjoyed dinners & desserts and the dessert chef spent time chatting with us about his incredible skills in creating delicious deserts And also the manager and the staff were so supportive & kind when I needed a doctor in the early hours of the morning just before leaving for my flight I could not believe how they made sure i received the medical care I needed Truely thankful Again I wish to say thank you to the management and the staff for their generosity and making me feel at home in such a magnificent hotel Kind regards to everyone at the Marriott"

"Wonderful property! The staff were excellent and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is extensive and very good. The highlight of this Ibis is the pool, it's huge! Make sure to spend as much time as possible relaxing in the pool. I look forward to staying here again one day."

"Everything about the hotel was wonderful. It’s a really good transit hotel for so many reasons. I deeply appreciated that they will use a buggy cart type thing to pick you and your luggage up from the airport and bring you to the front desk. If I had to have walked that it would’ve taken a really long time because of how long the sky bridge is. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed on the lounge floor and while we got there too late to enjoy the lounge cocktail hour, they did serve tea at 11 PM and it was looseleaf which was so wonderful. The breakfast in the lounge was really good too."

"This hotel was just fine, and served its purpose. I needed a place to stay for a night-long layover near KUL (or KLIA). Everything worked as it should; the bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked well. Decent bathroom and fast, friendly check-in."

"I feel like if you run the numbers, this place is making around $50 k USD per day? I’d like to see their employees compensated more if possible… whatever wage they’re paid - it is not enough for what they give, and what they bring to make this place a 10/10!"
