From main KLIA term 1 you must go to level 1 and take the free shuttle to term 2, then go to level 2m where you will find the hotel. Very courteous staff, room was very clean and quiet.

I canceled my room because my layover was more than 12 hours. I decided to stay outside from the airport. It’s very disappointed that your hotel did not accommodate my change and give me a refund. It is festival season and I’m sure you’re able to rent my room to someone else. I do not think you have satisfactory customer service.

Pros: Convenient and close to airport, decent price, super helpful staff, and nice buffet breakfast. Cons: bedrooms are in serious need of maintenance, most especially in the bathrooms where the mirrors are all eroded. It seems like this may have been a lovely 5-star hotel many years ago, but has been forgotten about since then. We would stay here again if we came to Palu City.

We booked the aerotel as we had an early flight next morning. It was fantastic. Clean comfortable room with everything you’d need. There are many many food & shopping options at the airport so that just added to a comfortable stay.
