Hotel Keluarga di Bandara Brisbane

"Only 1 bedside table in a double room! Only 1 lamp! Seems a bit cheap. Towels were large, soft and good. Shower good. Bed comfortable. Window blind effective. Allowed an extra hour for check out for free. Price still seemed a bit high."

"We chose the Pullman over a couple of other hotels near the airport because we wanted it to be a very special experience, aligned with our trip to Japan the next day. The hotel fell short of our expectations due to the fact it is now looking a bit rundown, which was quite disappointing...faded carpet; scratched furniture etc"

"Conveniently located with a restaurant that you can eat breakfast and dinner"

"4 stars are because its not a new build and its age is showing in some areas. In saying that, we would rebook if in Brisbane again. The airport shuttle service was a bonus. A tip we would have liked to have known... the room we had was on second floor and, being over 65, I struggled a bit with getting heavy suitcases up stairs. Ask for a lower floor room if this would cause you an issue"

"I"

"We could smell funny in the room. There were hairs in the bathroom. Used dish washing clothe was in the drawer. It's not clean enough...not comfortable to stay."

"If you don't have an aussie cell phone number they can access to send you check in details don't bother, too hard. They do everything possible to make this contactless, it was only by chance that I ran into a person who worked there when we arrived. We also had to download an app to check in, which required putting a $1 hold on the credit card, which again, i couldn't do, because the 2FA text was sent to my nz number. Way too stressful over all. Other than that, the place was clean, and fine...

"I love this hotel. It’s a stunning modern design although it’s a large format hotel it feels like a boutique hotel."

"We stayed overnight for an early morning flight. Easy to locate and easy to get to airport for our flight. A lovely room, quiet and very comfortable bedding."

"Room was clean, lack of parking, noisy"

"We stayed at this motel as we were flying back to NZ the following day and it was close to the Brisbane International Airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and tidy. We were able to park our rental car on the property. The Motel was also close (walking distance) to eateries. We would happily stay there again."

"Nice hotel"

"Good parking, location suited our needs. The shower head & water pressure weren’t great but overall not too bad"

"Fantastic location—didn’t have to walk outside to get from the train to the hotel lobby. Comfortable room with quality bedding and a large bathroom."

"Very clean room. Located in the heart of shopping and restaurants. The bed was most comfortable and our floor was nice and quiet. The pool was closed for renovations which was disappointing as we had really looked forward to a swim next to the restaurant there. Overall I can recommend this hotel."
