"The guest rooms were clean. However, it would have been better if the elevators were a bit cleaner. Overall, I was satisfied, but the hotel name is difficult to see except from the front, and it's easy to get lost if you take a detour, especially at night when it's dark. I think it would have been better if there was a clear sign with the hotel name on the side of the building as well."

"Although the staff were helpful, the facility was in need of lots of care. Upon check in there were ants in the room. After switching rooms, there were ants in there as well. My grandson was bitten and our luggage was full of ants upon leaving. The elevators were not working so to carry luggage and babies up four flights of stairs was a HUGE inconvenience. Overall, for the location, the property has potential - I simply wish I had experienced it."
