"Staff was amazing so welcoming and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Only two downsides, the first was the hot tub, if you turned on the jets a high pitch noise would sound, the second was the tiolet in our room made noise all night"

"Definitely not sound proof rooms. I could hear the neighboring rooms entire conversations, snoring, and even getting up to use the restroom. You hear every footstep and door shut on the same hallway, especially when room service is doing their rounds. The doors do not shut quietly. Sleeping in is not an option. "A 2-star quality hotel with 1-star breakfast. Rooms awful. Breakfast - you are better off starving unless you like store bought stale danishes. TV had the fewest available channels. Front desk people terrible. One old man at the desk was so unhygienic, dressed on street clothes. Motel 6 probably has better dressed people at the front desk.
And a fire alarm at 6am. For 30 min. No one at the front desk to explain anything. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at."
