Easy check in. Had a good stay. For the price, you can't really get overly bent out of shape over some stuff. But some issues were there like no hot water from the sink (but fine in the shower), stains/discoloration of tiles and no Kleenex in the room. But the biggest issue is the odour. It smells like overkill of deodorizer mixed with staleness. I don't know if just got used to it or it aired out once I turned on the AC, but it can be overwhelming at first. It's close to restaurants, shopping and the airport. I'd stay again.

It was quiet. However, the very stained and ripped sheets, curtains and most ceilings kind of brought it down. Not to mention the gentleman urinating right at the front doors for my children to see.

The staff were good and accommodating and did there best and that is appreciated! However, this place was horrid. We arrived 30 minutes past our check in to be told that our room wouldn't be ready for at least 15 minutes. Usually not a big deal but we did have places to be and had to leave there shortly making it an issue. They found us a room, not what we originally booked, but again, we had somewhere to be so we took it. It smelt horrible, there was holes in the wall. Literally one corner of the room and bed smelt like PEE. The manager argued with us cause the outlet in the bathroom did

The staff was great and personable. The hotel itself smelled in the hall ways. My room was not very clean...the floors were dirty, the counter tops were dirty and so was the toilet. The comforter on the bed had cigarette burns all over it. I was pleasantly surprised to have a microwave and fridge in the room. The air-conditioning was great as well.

The room had all the basic amenities listed in Expedia. Economical option for staying 1-2 nights. The entrance of the hotel was difficult to find, they should write their name in front of the building with the front entrance. The room had damp smell, the air freshener had almost no scent. The carpet was sticky.

Fairbridge Inn Express was a bit Poor-bridge

Booked this very reasonably-priced hotel for a quick overnight getaway across the border. The property is in rough shape. Front desk staff was pleasant and as helpful as they could be despite being on the receiving end of a lot of complaints. The room was in poor condition with the standout defect being a bathroom door that did not close. A broken luggage stand in the closet was a surprise too. See attached photos for a few examples of issues in the room. Managed a decent nights sleep despite the issues.

Bring your hand sanitizer and clorox wipes!

This is the 2nd time staying here in about 3 years and it is exactly the same. It is DIRTY! There is a cat in one of the long-term rental rooms and the smell is in the hallway. It is fortunately the cheapest place in the Buffalo area and is safe-enough for those sensitive to that thing. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is no pretense about what you're getting.

I stayed at the fair bridge hotel for a couple of nights.Just this past weekend and at first she was nice.What got me going was the really nice receptionist that checked me in.We talked about cats because I have cats and he had cats.That was one thing that threw me off guard was the niceness of the.ReceptionistThe thing I have to complain about is that when I got into my room, my room was small granted.It was okay for 1 person. Also I have to point out a smell on the second floor in between the doors.When you walk in it, smelt terrible and I stayed there for a couple of nights, but I did end up staying at a friend of mine's house for 1 of those nights i was there because of a situation.And then when I got back, guess my room was clean, but my bed was wet in the hallway still smelt terrible. All in all the cleanliness was my biggest problem. And of course, having clean sheets. Everything else was fine despite that.

The building and parking lot look kinda sketchy, not enough to concern about safety though. The room we got was a non-smoking king room and the room wasn’t better either. The room’s walls had holes in them with poor attempts to fill them in with tissues on a few of them. The furniture seemed to have seen better days. The bathroom’s shower’s water pressure was weak and you could only choose between hot or tolerable hot, no cold or warm. The bed, luckily, was clean and ok for sleep. The couch and desk chair looked so soiled that you wouldn’t want to sit in them.

Terrible for a family stay!!

This place is horrible! Everything is complain-able. I will start with reception area. And corridors, it smells like weed and smoke. After entering room it stinks, the carpet is sticky. Fridge was smelling bad and not working. Toilet spigot was leaking. AC filter and bathroom exhaust is not clean. Overall for a family, basic needs not met. Bed and bath room are not clean and I don’t advise this hotel to any family

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a stay at Fairbridge Inn Express near Buffalo Airport thinking it would be fine for a quick stop — big mistake. The hallways reeked of trash, and to make things worse, there were trash bags full of garbage just sitting in front of the rooms. It was filthy and completely unacceptable. When I got into the room, I noticed that the air conditioner looked like it had been burned or caught fire before. It was damaged, dirty, and looked dangerous. At that point, we didn’t even feel safe staying there. We lasted maybe 30 minutes before deciding to leave and book another hotel nearby — which, thankfully, was clean, safe, and professionally maintained. This place is a health and safety hazard. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to avoid it at all costs. Pay a little more and stay somewhere where you can actually breathe, sleep, and feel safe.

The room was a little messy ion think they really cleaned it they was a used rag on top of the shower curtains. The desk was a little dusty the sheets seemed like they needed to be cleaned/washed had a little stain on it If you need a quick stay and don’t really care I guess it’s the perfect spot but ion think I’ll be coming back. The lady at the front desk was AWESOME!!!
