"I had no air for 3 days also room not clean 😐 also I ordered a king size Bed my bed was a twin . Hotel was fully booked so I was so sad the whole trip thank God it rain the last day will never book again, staff so nasty and didn't want to help at all front desk staff sleeping so she had to wake up to let us in the hotel when we got there at 11pm"

"The room itself was fairly clean. Beds were made and bathroom was stocked. The hotel itself wasn’t in the best area and it didn’t smell amazing in the hallways but the inside of the room was fine. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but for a single night it was fine. All in all I got what I paid for but it wasn’t amazing."

"There was no kettle in the room. there were no basic supplies (like a mug, teaspoon, kettle). It was not possible to make a cup of tea.
I went to reception area. They didn't have kettle at all. just coffee machine. but no option to boil water for tea.

And i had a servicev animal for my seizures and the first night the guy charged me 20$ to have her but the second night when i renewed my room h3 didnt charge me to have a service dog.
