"The staff at Burrstone could not be any kinder, more welcoming or more helpful! They were WONDERFUL! I had accidentally booked only one night instead of two while we moved our son into Hamilton and they made every possible effort to confirm a second night bc all of our belongings were still in the room! Completely my mistake but they accommodated us amazingly and with a caring, friendly attitude. The room itself was ok - the carpet felt damp, which was gross, and the shower in the room near us...

"I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the New Hartford/Utica area. The facility was well maintained, the rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and the ammities at this side was very useful. The morning breakfast was also not bad either. The only draw back from this facility was there is no pool, and my kids were a little bored because they could not go out to a pool. But this was a great staff for me and my family."
