"The reception guy Imran was very cooperative and nice guy. However cleanliness was not of good standards, linens were not clean, towels were provided on request, bathroom had leaking tap. No hot water available, shower space and bathroom was very small. As a whole washroom abd toiletries were pathetic.
Tv was there but no Chanel available.
Plus point is WiFi was strong and available everywhere on premises.
Breakfast was limited to egg and slice. Tea was served in cups and got everything cold...

"Overall a wonderful stay. A special shoutout for the receptionist who was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Staff at breakfast was also very attentive and friendly.
Breakfast options were good and quality of food was good.
I believe we also met the owner / manager of the hotel on both days who greeted us and asked how we were finding everything.
All other staff we came across were also lovely.
The hotel is conveniently located nearby to Islamabad Airport and provides a free shuttle...

"Worst stay ever. I was bitten by mosquitoes in the room. Imagine that in May heat they had exquisite mosquitoes! Breakfast was terrible although staff member did being me some fried eggs on demand, Thank God. Staff especially at the reception ( person named musawar) was especially rude. Told me a rule three times over including calling me to know my personal phone nber. Really made me feel guilty without me breaking any of hotel rules. Overall bad and terrible experience..."
