"The hotel does not have a shuttle to and from the Panama City International airport, but it was easy and relatively easy to negotiate a ride to the property with one of the many cabbies at the airport. The entrance to the hotel is a little confusing, off a busy street and the main lobby very small, but once inside the staff was one of the friendliest and helpful I have ever encountered. "Our stay at Las Clementines was beyond compare! We chose it due to its wonderful location in Casco Antigua, but it was so much more. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Marcos told us the history of the hotel and took time to show us the details that make this place so wonderful. Mahalo, the restaurant, on the main floor makes absolutely delicious food...try the ceviche for sure. Overall, this was a highlight of our 8 day trip."

"If you ever want to sleep do not stay here. The noise from nightclubs is unbearably loud - till sunrise. The room literally shakes all night with the volume.
I unexpectedly needed accommodation after being robbed at gunpoint so booked in a bit of a panic. Paid $100 US for a private ensuite room with balcony and sea view which I was not given at check in. Was moved to another room but it did not look like the photos - and def no view.
I have stayed in a lot of hostels so have realistic...

"There was no ocean view! There was no outside pool! I had to change rooms three times the first night because some young staff member did not want to acknowledge my reservation and wanted to downgrade me!! the Internet was super terrible. I might’ve had one day of usage, even though I called downstairs to have it looked at it still did not come back. The cleaning crew was on point. They definitely kept the hotel clean…"
