"The pull.put bed jad a sheet on it tbat was dirty and the air conditioner was filthy and didn't initially work. My husbsnd cleaned the filter. The staff was helpful though and found sonething we left behind that we picked up when we returned to Chicago."

"Got there at 8:30 at night after he canceled flight at O’Hare had nothing but carry-on baggage with us.
