"We stayed in the North Tower and were given a recently renovated room. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep all night due to a loud banging noise occurring every few minutes. We later realized it seemed to be coming from the air conditioning compressor or related system, which made a very loud banging sound each time before the fan shut off."

The staff was wonderful, I had a corner room with a partial City/ Bay/pool View and it was beautiful 😍 The continental buffet Breakfast was great with the different choices they had. The roof top bar was good vibes. & the hotel is literally walking distance to just about anything."

They said everyone else is trying to check in early as well and it is a busy weekend due to a big event.
