"The staff was great. The kitchen/dining area was spotless and the staff was very observant. The room was gross. The shower floor was stained and appeared to need a new floor and the shower head looked corroded. The carpeting was dirty and, had spots of some substance on the carpet. Although the sink was clean, there was an odd stain on the counter. The bed and linens were clean."

"Check in process took very long. I understand a big group was coming in that day, however the staff should have done something to ensure a smoother check in process.
I had placed the clean room tag on my door at 8 am before leaving for the day, however the room was not cleaned when I returned at 1am.
The bedsheets and comforter were not clean.
The room had a musty smell."

The Buffet breakfast was ok. Could have had more variety.
Our room was very spacious and clean. And if you like soft beds you will be very happy in the room.
I was very happy with the product that I used the bathroom was very clean .

"More of a motel than a hotel, which suited me perfectly because I was travelling with my dog. I was able to park directly in front of my room and walk into it at ground level - no stairs.
The room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning worked very well, which was great because it was a very hot day.

"We stayed one night as a family and the experience was great. We were met by friendly staff at every turn. Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. Parking was easy felt secure. Breakfast was hot and fresh. They had choices for everyone. We did not use the hot tub or pool but when I looked at it there were towels and the area was clean. The staff again was very kind and helpful."
