"Little kitchen without utensils."

"Clean and spacious room. Bathroom was clean. Friendly and pleasant staff. Breakfast was great with lots of nutritious food to choose from. Will definitely stay at a Springfield suites again in the future. I would give it a more than 5 stars."

"I stayed there for about four days. They never cleaned the room. They only brought in new towels. I requested for the room to be cleaned three times."

"The casino needs a total rehab so far as slot machine fun and fair returns for time and money spent. Most of its competitors are so much better."

"The location was ideal being out of the city and near a new shopping plaza with great restaurants and shops, but the hotel was clean but in need of a renovation. The elevator was pretty chewed up, and the hotel room bathrooms were very outdated. Staff was very helpful and the hotel was quiet, which was probably because there were only about 20 cars in the parking lot. The price was high in this area for the quality of the rooms."

"Front desk inquired is all was well. Nice"

"The hotel was not very crowded the day I checked in, and they upgraded me from a Studio, Queen Bed to one with a king. I appreciated the free on-site washers and dryers (3 each.) The location is very quiet."

"We had no hotel chain preference so stayed at 3 different ones during our trip. What a great surprise for our first time at a Fairfield Inn Marriott hotel! Room was spacious & clean, Exercise room had multiple WORKING machines, breakfast had many delicious choices & staff was friendly! Definitely we have a hotel preference for our next trip!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Helpful staff Clean property"

"This is not a serious hotel at all. They put me in a dirty room at first. After I complained they changed my room. The staff was super helpful. The hotel itself looks old not modern at all, the water for tea was cold, the towels were hard, they had fun out of soap, they gave me a soap bar and told me I could take it with me. The staff was the only good part of the stay everything else was old looking and unappealing. I guess this was a case of getting what I paid for."

"Lovely hotel. Very nice and clean. Loved the cafe in the lobby. The rooms were a little small, but still functional."

"I called the front desk clerk to ask how to stop a blinking light on the phone. I did what he told me to do and it did not work. he said he would come up and fix it but i waited a half hour and called again. I told him never mind cause I wanted to go to sleep. That's the only complaint that i have. Everything else was ok."
