"The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."

"We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use."

"So I checked into this hotel based on price and reviews as I had a work event nearby during the next week. I stayed 3 nights and I’m glad that was all it was.Checkin was weird as the place up front was full so I parked in free parking only to realize it was far away. The room I got first, The A/C was not working. Wrote a review on here for the check in and got a call from Cole the next day that was very apologetic and wanted to make it work. They moved me from the casino room which was okay...

"Prefer to not be on the I-80 fwy side! Didn’t get good sleep at all. Vending machine was somewhat empty in the 3rd floor by elevator. The Deli was great for food. Service was very good! Hopefully this will still be my go to spot on my travels."
