Good location but Cleaniness is an issue.

The Towel is so dirty and the customer service is worse. We ask why the room door lock was spoilt and the interior electic wire box was damage. There is hair on the bed. This is really becoming a motel instead of hotel. Hotel lobby full of cars and its a bus terminal . The only good point is the location and they offer double queen size bed at a reasonable price.

Nice breakfast spread. Delicious bubur ayam. Overall trip is okay. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I just find that the bed is a little bit uncomfortable to sleep. Others are good.

Housekeeping was dishonest. I forgot to lock the save box cause was in a rush. Found out that my rupiah money 200000 was missing. So pls lock your save box and check. Report to the hotel but hotel cant do anything

Poor soundproof

The soundproof of the room is terribly poor ! you can hear whatever noisy sound out of the door, your sweet dream will be disturbed. Lobby of the hotel attached to a mini bus transportation hub, busy all the day and noisy all the day.

Bandung getaway

The room was spacious even after an extra bed was laid out. The hotel entrance was rather busy as there is a bus service area in the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was ok. Good eating places available near the hotels you can try eg dapur bomb soogood and kambing Arab ..

I book this hotel with my wife. This is a good hotel,though first i doubt it because there are several mini bus that block the entrance. But when i check in, the room is clean and comfort. I think ill come here again, thank you de batara hotel
